1968 Subaru 360

SUPER RARE and HARD TO FIND
These Subaru 360 micro vans are rare and hard to find here in the US and worldwide. Only a select number were brought to the US and sold here.
It is left hand drive and street legal.
For the ones who know about these vans, the 68 3-speed is supposed to me more powerful and faster than the other years. It also only has one rear door on the passenger side instead of both sides.
This was a project that I started before covid. A lot has changed in the past few years and my passion has dwindled. I’m looking to sell this van to someone to finish her up.
It’s all there - it just needs the wiring connected and various parts installed that I have in boxes.
For the right mechanically inclined person it should only take a couple solid days to get it road ready. I’m not mechanically inclined at all which is why my passion has dwindled otherwise I would get it going myself.
Joe the famous micro van mechanic restored the engine and installed newer better pistons. Brakes are all new/restored by Karps brakes in SoCal.
Everything is here, just need someone to get it all the way there.
Located in Joshua Tree, CA. It will need to be picked up with a trailer. It’s small and light and it can get pushed onto a uhaul trailer or flatbed.
