Item usually ships within 48 hours after payment has cleared through
Paypal.  Shipping days are Monday through Friday.  Large items are sent by UPS.  Smaller items ship with USPS.  Once an item has shipped, it will take 5-10 business days to arrive at your location.

Warranty:
All items have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. Email us within the 3 months if the item becomes defective and we will tell you how to proceed. In some cases you may be asked to ship the item back at your cost.
Returns:
All items sold are brand new. If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product: Later than 7 days the item cannot be accepted for return. If the order is not found to be defective, we will refund the product cost, minus a 25% restocking fee (to cover our shipping, handling, ebay and paypal processing fees, etc.). All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sellable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. If an item returns to us unclaimed or refused, we will refund your payment minus 25%. If you want it reshipped, you will have to pay for the shipping.
